So I twisted my left knee, while I was riding my 50 Saturday, Sunday while I was waiting to take a shower, I must have moved wrong. I passed out, fell and smashed my head into my water heater. Four staples in my head, a bruise on my forehead, and a black eye, and my knee still hurts.
