I'm sure I'll be king of the hill with my bike... you all know the horsepower on a GS is crazy high

You know what the magazines say I am sure and they are pretty true not about the exact horsepower but, the 1000 suzuki did make more power than a 1000 honda with the same mods and a 750 annivesary edition made a few more horses than another 750 same year except the anniversary edition did not have a power commander at the time. Pretty weird other than that all other mods the same. Maybe anniversary edition had better motor who knows. Thanks for the responses was not sure if anyone would listen to a super newbie.

Did Scott give you print outs for your $25.

yeah he gave print outs...he also put all four bikes tested on one page so we could compare and check out how the power was distributed throughout the rpm's.....of the top of my head the 1000s were 160 hp ....750 were 130 hp ....right around that..

Well, if the 1000's put out 160hp, then I know that dyno is a little on the happy side. Unless those bikes have some work done to them.

Gotta watch out on the road guys, busas are going to get eaten by these new liter bikes. Thanks to baby Jesus the busa is so comfortable to ride.

My stock busa on that dyno was 162. Scott showed me a couple of other Busas that only had 155.

I will know more tomorrow. Gonna strap that bitch up and spank it around a bit in the afternoon. Going to see what Scott can squeeze out of it. 8)

A little bit.

Real world races have shown me that the 1000's can hang from 60-140 no problem.

That is where it is at for the street. 8)

Actually I had him detune it. Of course I can only go the speed limit on the roads, so why have that extra horsepower?

I am now actually @ 98 horse/65 tq.
