You might want some ideas of things to do to it that will make it easier to do tricks. Some people can stunt them completely stock, but part of the fun is chucking tons of cash at a bike that wasn't intended for big kids.
The first thing is a big bar kit. So many kits out there you will not be able to decide. The big bar kit really makes the bike more comfortable for us big kids.
Red Baron. Pro Taper. 50 Stunt and on and on. Remember, with a big bar kit you will need a longer throttle cable and a longer front brake cable also.
Next mod should be some street tires. Any moped tire will work. Sizes range from 2.50X10 to 3.50X10. Some tire makers don't size them like that though. Street tires are a MUST for stunting. It is very hard to straight line wheelie on knobbie tires. Circle wheelies on knobs does not work that well. The stocker tires that come with a CRF50 will work for a while.
With those two things done, you can go ride for a while and be pretty comfortable.
BUT, you must have some money left for suspension, correct?
Good.
Heavy duty springs are needed now. Get some aftermarket bushings for the fork legs also. They help take up some of the slop that is in the stock front suspension.
If you have a lot of extra cash, go with a SDG or Red Baron or similar, fluid filled normal front suspension. You will be much happier in the long run with that up front than springs.
Next is a rear spring or complete spring and shock. Ishock is one type to look at.
Now that the bike is riding higher and able to hold the extra weight of a big boy/girl rider, go out and buy a seat. They are higher and more plush than the stocker. That will give you more leg room which lets you ride for longer periods of time. I highly recommend the SDG brand seat.
The last and what I believe is the most important thing to add to the bike for true safe stunting is a handbrake kit. It will let you mount a brake lever on the left side of the bars which connects to the rear brake. That comes in handy when you are doing tricks which don't allow you to have your right foot on the rear brake. Why do you need your rear foot on the brake when pulling wheelies, you ask? So when you flip over to the rear, you can apply pressure to that rear brake lever and stop the bike from flipping over and putting you on your butt on the ground.
There is a lot more to add if you want:
-rear axle stunt pegs for trick variations
-lighting stator to extend those night riding sessions
-12 o'clock wheelie bar for scraping the rear of the bike when doing wheelies
-bigger footpegs so your feet don't slip off
-front axle stunt pegs if you are trying to kill yourself
-bigger motor so you can smoke all your buddies when you want to race
-Heavy duty clutch
-manual clutch
-custom wheels
-bigger frames and swingarms
The list goes on and on. Here are a few links to get you started.
